 <p>NetBeans 5.0 has taken leaps and bounds forward over the past few releases and if you have not tried NetBeans recently now is the time to do so. This is the <i>New NetBeans</i>! It was created during the beta stage but is relevant to the final release you are about to download.  <p>Two of the innovative and defining features of NetBeans 5.0 are the Matisse GUI Builder and the new support for writing NetBeans modules.
