JRebel, by ZeroTurnaround, is a small application that lets developers see
changes made to their code without needing to redeploy. The NetBeans JRebel plugin
maps NetBeans IDE projects
directly to a running application, so that when a developer makes a change to
a class or resource in the IDE, the change is immediately reflected
in the application, skipping the build and redeploy phases.
