Fixed README to refer to `content` directory instead of `publish`. We renamed the directory per ASF website publishing guideliness.
The content directory contains the actual files that are deployed for the site available at http://mesos.apache.org.
Please do not manually edit any files in the content directory. See mesos-git-repo/site/README.md for instructions on how to update the content directory.
