Point the homepage at the Maven site instead of the plugin site

The plugin site goes to the archive with the plugin, so the "About" link would
eventually resolve to nothing. asfyaml applies any truthy homepage, so setting
it to the project front page overwrites the stored value without an INFRA
request - which removing the key could never do, since an absent or empty
value is skipped rather than cleared.
