[MRAR-55] Add LifecycleMapping and ArtifactHandler from maven-core to target packaging plugin o Added components.xml which contains ArtifactHandler mapping and life cycle mapping and the appropriate plugin versions. o Added basic integration tests which checks if by using the maven-rar-plugin with extensions=true the build will successfully end. git-svn-id: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/maven/plugins/trunk@1741754 13f79535-47bb-0310-9956-ffa450edef68
