# maka-plugin-core

定义包声明、契约、组合以及共用的插件生命周期。`plan` 校验所选入口和绑定，`runtime` 管理注册与退役。Host 和 UI 使用同一内核，注入不同的执行后端。

内核不包含 Agent 业务策略或原生布局语言。绑定负责为导入选择符合契约的导出；调用到达后，接收方 Host 仍需检查权限。

组合展开、转发和依赖校验采用迭代遍历并检测实际循环。有限覆盖能终止展开时，模板可以重复使用同一包；绑定数量遵循导入契约的声明。实例身份保留每个非零源 UUID。
