Dispatches journaled tool calls and provides Code Mode. RequestTools, RunTools and StepTools retain the tool selection at their respective execution scopes. Code Mode defaults to the shared JavaScript runtime; a model can opt into the bundled Monty Python worker with codeModeLanguage: "python". Both forward through the same authorized tool path and share the session JSON store. Tool results, cancellation and physical cleanup remain separate outcomes.
