Agent plugins

This family owns Agent business behavior. Leaf package.ts files declare independently composable features. The Rust crates below support those declarations; their names describe code ownership, not implicit activation.

• facts, api and ports separate persisted data, wire contracts and business interfaces.
• authority checks the original invocation; native exposes Host services; engine runs Agent work.
• model, providers and responses and the pure Rust provider-protocol core implement model requests and protocols.
• tool-catalog selects tools; tools dispatches them and provides Code Mode.
• assistant, goal, graph, scheduler, insights, session-import, session-recap and session-title own their respective features.
• acp-executor connects external ACP agents through explicit process and callback services.

The terminal shell and desktop shell consume these public Host contracts. Product assembly belongs to products/maka; each shell owns its native draft editor and interaction lifecycle.
