Build tests as a separate Charmonizer project * Add a regen_charmonizer.pl script to meld the main charmonizer fragment and the other source files into charmonizer.c. * Add configure scripts to build and run charmonizer. * Create the Makefile for the tests using Charmonizer itself. The test harness still needs to be reworked a bit.
