Wipe content of `branch_8x` to prevent accidental commits. (#2616)
branch_8x is no longer used for development8.11 was the last minor release of the 8.x series.
You may still push bug fixes to branch_8_11. However, features and enhancements should now go to the main and branch_9x branches of the Lucene repository.
