Added the disable faimily of methods back into the BasicConfigurator to ensure backward compatibility. The methods are marked as deprecated. Cleaned up the src/java/org/apache/log4j/xml/test/do*.xml test files to use the ConsoleAppender instead of the FileAppender. Misc. documentation changes. PR: Obtained from: Submitted by: Reviewed by:
