Replace the dependency on the Sun Java JMS spec jar with the Geronimo one. This aligns this module with the log4j main one.
Another reason for this is that the Sun jms 1.1 jar actually has duplicate files in it (no really! look inside it). When trying to digitally sign
this jar the Sun jarsigner blows up.
Making this dependency optional as well, just like log4j main.
