Instantiating a driver
----------------------

When you instantiate a driver you need to pass the following argument to the
driver constructor:

* ``api_key`` - Your API key. Can be obtained from https://control.maxihost.com/api

Example

    cls = get_driver(Provider.MAXIHOST)
