[KYUUBI-SHADED #22] Replace the word 'shaded' with 'relocated'
### _Why are the changes needed?_
Follow the discussion https://lists.apache.org/thread/v1qswzoxd6zgpbpw3ddm97hry3g5sn6l to rename the modules' names, also supply the module description.
### _How was this patch tested?_
- [ ] Add some test cases that check the changes thoroughly including negative and positive cases if possible
- [ ] Add screenshots for manual tests if appropriate
