Integrate TCK test execution in jsonb/core modules (#125) * run TCK tests by default * Move tck execution from separate modules to core/jsonb * Attempt to fix build * Run tests with junit-vintage-engine * remove ManualTckTest * explicitly declare junit-vintage usage in each module
