      "message": "GH-4043: fix(dboe): don\u0027t poison shared buffer on block slice (#4051)\n\n* GH-4043: fix(dboe): don\u0027t poison shared buffer on block slice\n\nBlockAccessMapped.getByteBuffer sliced a block by shrinking the shared\nper-segment MappedByteBuffer\u0027s limit and restoring it afterwards, but\nthe restore was not exception-safe. A throwable escaping between the\nshrink and the restore (e.g. OOME at slice allocation) left the segment\nbuffer with a shrunken limit, so every later access to a higher block in\nthat segment failed with \"newPosition \u003e limit\" until JVM restart.\n\nThe same fix is applied to the duplicated TDB1 BlockAccessMapped. \n\nWiden the diagnostic catch to RuntimeException since the absolute slice\nreports range violations as IndexOutOfBoundsException.\n\nAdd TestBlockAccessMappedSegmentState\n\n* fix(dboe): slice block via single absolute slice\n\nThe absolute slice(index, length) never mutates the shared segment\nbuffer, so a single view object replaces the duplicate().clear() copy\nand the poisoned-limit state can no longer arise."
