Remove unecessary SCM info from modules This removes the unecessary SCM declarations in the sub-modules. Firstly these were referring to the now defunct SVN repositories and secondly since git does not support partial checkouts by default it doesn't make any sense to have these declarations in sub-modules when they will automatically inherit the propery Git based declarations from the parent POM
