  "message": "docs(community): sync committers/PMC roster with ASF whimsy (#1139)\n\nBring src/Community/Committers.md and src/zh/Community/Committers.md\nback in line with the official ASF roster\n(https://whimsy.apache.org/roster/committee/iotdb).\n\nChanges:\n- Fix typo in section title: \"Commiters\" -\u003e \"Committers\".\n- PMC table: 29 -\u003e 32 rows. Promote fengqingxin (2024-06-29),\n  yongzao (2025-08-18), and spricoder (2025-11-07) from the\n  committer table into the PMC table with starting dates from\n  the ASF projects roster JSON.\n- Committers table: 32 -\u003e 50 rows. Add 21 committers missing from\n  the docs, with GitHub usernames filled in from the whimsy roster\n  where the committer has linked one (8 of 21); the remaining 13\n  are listed without a github cell, matching the existing convention\n  for unlinked committers (bensonchou, gongning, etc).\n\nBoth EN and ZH files are kept in sync. The ZH-only chair indicator\n(`\u003c\u003dchair` on hxd) is preserved on the new structure.
