Requirments.txt should be truly optional
This repository hosts GitHub Actions developed by the ASF community and approved for any ASF top level project to use.
Note - The Infrastructure Roundtable on June 3, 2024 will discuss how this repository will function--how to submit an Action, who approves Actions for inclusion, based on what, and who maintains them and responds when issues come up. Please check here after that date for more information.
