Title: OpenXML4J Codebase Intellectual Property (IP) Clearance Status

OpenXML4J is a library for dealing with the Office Open XML (OOXML) file format. It handles the metadata and zip file requirements, but not the higher level document formats. POI has used and worked with this library for some time.
