Title: OpenWhisk Intellij Plugin Codebase Intellectual Property (IP) Clearance Status

Intellij plugin is an IDE plugin for Intellij to develop and deploy Apache OpenWhisk actions based on wskdeploy, a command-line tool. The codebase consists of 8,800 lines of Java, and 1,500 lines of JSON files and other documentation/text.

The donated code base was developed by NAVER Corporation. and was previously available at https://github.com/naver/openwhisk-intellij-plugin under the Apache 2 license. The donated code base has 2 contributors, both of which are NAVER employees and have an Apache ICLA on file (Dominic Kim, Geonhui Kim).
