Title: System Readiness Check Framework Codebase Intellectual Property (IP) Clearance Status

This project provides a framework to configure and create so called system checks and signal the readiness of an OSGi based system.

2018-05-03Check and make sure that the papers that transfer rights to the ASF been received. It is only necessary to transfer rights for the package, the core code, and any new code produced by the project.
2018-05-03Check and make sure that the files that have been donated have been updated to reflect the new ASF copyright.

Entire donation is already ALv2 and all authors are ASF committers with ICLAs on file. ASF already has all rights necessary.

Verify distribution rights
