Title: DotPulsar Codebase Intellectual Property (IP) Clearance Status
DotPulsar is a pulsar client library for .NET.
The Apache Pulsar PMC will be reponsible for the code.
The code repo will be transferred to the ASF as “apache/dotpulsar”.
