Title: Lucene Korean Analyzer Intellectual Property (IP) Clearance Status

이수명 (SooMyung Lee) is contributing software he wrote to perform Korean text processing in Lucene, including a Korean morphological analyzer, dictionaries, a Korean tokenizer and a Korean filter.

The software package has been hosted on SourceForge, at http://sourceforge.net/projects/lucenekorean .

The donation process is being tracked on LUCENE-4956 .

  • The Lucene PMC will be responsible for the code.

  • The code will be included in the Lucene Core project.

  • Steve Rowe is managing the donation process.
