The Traffic Server project graduated on 2010-04-21
Traffic Server fills the need for a fast, extensible and scalable HTTP 1.1 proxy and cache. We have a production proven piece of software that can deliver HTTP traffic at high rates, and can scale well on modern SMP hardware. We have benchmarked Traffic Server to handle in excess of 35,000 RPS on a single box. Traffic Server has a rich feature set, implementing most of HTTP/1.1 to the RFC specifications.
2010-04-21 The Apache board establishes Apache Traffic Server as a TLP.
2010-03-30 The PPMC has begun the graduation process.
2010-03-29 The new home page is launched.
2010-03-17 Diane Smith joins the Traffic Server PPMC.
2010-03-13 Apache Traffic Server v2.0.0-alpha is released.
2010-03-04 The community votes for CTR for trunk, RTC for release branches.
2010-03-02 Manjesh Nilange joins the Traffic Server PPMC.

These action items have to be checked for during the whole incubation process.
These items are not to be signed as done during incubation, as they may change during incubation. They are to be looked into and described in the status reports and completed in the request for incubation signoff.
Have all of the active long-term volunteers been identified and acknowledged as committers on the project?
Are there three or more independent committers? (The legal definition of independent is long and boring, but basically it means that there is no binding relationship between the individuals, such as a shared employer, that is capable of overriding their free will as individuals, directly or indirectly.)
Are project decisions being made in public by the committers?
Are the decision-making guidelines published and agreed to by all of the committers?
Things to check for before voting the project out.
The Incubator PMC has voted and accepted Traffic Server for graduation, 2010-04-14.
The Apache Board accepted Traffic Server as a TLP, 2010-04-21.
