IMPALA-10087: IMPALA-6050 causes alluxio not to be supported

This change adds file type support for alluxio.
Alluxio URLs have a different prefix
such as：alluxio://zk@zk-1:2181,zk-2:2181,zk-3:2181/path/

Testing:
Add unit test for alluxio file system type checks.

Lightning-fast, distributed SQL queries for petabytes of data stored in Apache Hadoop clusters.

Impala is a modern, massively-distributed, massively-parallel, C++ query engine that lets you analyze, transform and combine data from a variety of data sources:
