IMPALA-9995 Fix test_alloc_fail failed case on aarch64

Length of Json object '{"a": 1}", '$.a' is 32 bytes on x86,
but is 48 bytes on aarch64

Lightning-fast, distributed SQL queries for petabytes of data stored in Apache Hadoop clusters.

Impala is a modern, massively-distributed, massively-parallel, C++ query engine that lets you analyze, transform and combine data from a variety of data sources:
