mod_auth_digest: Allocate log message tags:

* modules/aaa/mod_auth_digest.c (initialize_child, check_nonce): Number
  the AH10676, AH10677, AH10678 and AH10679 tags.

* docs/log-message-tags/next-number: Bump.

* test/modules/aaa/test_012_truncated_nonce.py
  (test_digest_012_02_time_not_base64): Match and ignore the log line by
  its tag.
