Upgrade JLine to 3.30.14 to fix (unreachable) CVE-2026-56740 and CVE-2026-56741 (#8734)

* Upgrade JLine to 3.30.14 to fix CVE-2026-56740 and CVE-2026-56741

Hadoop pins the org.jline:jline uber jar at 3.9.0. That jar bundles the
jline-remote-telnet classes, which are affected by two high-severity
denial-of-service issues:

* CVE-2026-56740 - the Telnet server does not limit the number of
environment variables a client may inject via the NEW-ENVIRON option,
so an unauthenticated client can exhaust the JVM heap.
* CVE-2026-56741 - the Telnet server does not bound terminal dimensions
received via the NAWS option, so an unauthenticated client can force
continuous expensive rendering work and exhaust CPU.

Both are fixed in JLine 3.30.14, 4.0.16 and 4.2.1. This moves the pinned
version to 3.30.14, staying on the 3.x line to avoid the API changes
that come with the 4.x major.

No Hadoop code starts a JLine Telnet server, so the vulnerable classes
were never reachable at runtime; the upgrade removes them from the
distribution so the artifacts no longer carry the affected code.

Contains content generated by Claude Sonnet 5

Contributed by Krzysztof Sikociński"

Shut down federation mock services cleanly on SIGTERM.

TestMockSubCluster and TestMockRouter run in separate JVMs without shutdown hooks,
so terminating them skips service cleanup and leaves ZooKeeper sessions to expire.

Register CompositeServiceShutdownHook before initializing each service. Reuse the mock Router's existing FederationStateStore and close it in a lower-priority hook after the Router's shutdown hook.

Allow 90 seconds for the sub-cluster's three NodeManagers to stop. Make TaskId.hashCode independent of the JVM.

TaskId.hashCode() includes getTaskType().hashCode(), which uses the enum's identity hash. This value can vary with the JVM environment, affecting the iteration order of HashMaps keyed by TaskId.

TestRuntimeEstimators depends on task iteration order when scheduling speculative attempts.
Some orders produce only one successful speculation instead of the expected three.
This occurs on GitHub Actions with the classpath produced by HADOOP-19970, while the same commit passes locally.
Consuming four additional identity hashes before the test starts also reproduces the failure locally.

Use the task type's ordinal instead, making the hash depend only on the task's fields and removing this source of environment-dependent ordering.
Add a regression test covering every TaskType while preserving the equals/hashCode contract.

Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Co-authored-by: Shilun Fan <slfan1989@apache.org>
Signed-off-by: Shilun Fan <slfan1989@apache.org>"

It collides with the winutils
helper of the same name that Hadoop has carried for years.

The two differ in signature, so in C++ they would ordinarily overload.
Overloading requires C++ linkage, but both have C linkage: winutils.h
wraps its declarations in extern "C", and so does the SDK header. The class
is currently @Disabled at class level, so the leak bites only when the
class is re-enabled; the new @AfterEach shuts down whatever setup()
built and makes re-enabling safe.

A leaked cluster keeps threads, heap and ports alive under the
remaining tests of the class. This is the hadoop-mapreduce slice of the
mini-cluster leak scan behind HDFS-17957. Test-only, no production code
touched; the module test-compiles clean.

Contains content generated by Claude Code.
Generated-by: Claude Code (Fable 5)

Co-authored-by: Claude Fable 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
Co-authored-by: Shilun Fan <slfan1989@apache.org>"
