[EAGLE-1023] Update jmx metric collector scripts

* fix multi-thread bug in fnmatch
* add HBase ha check script
* change url connection timeout from 30s to 60s
* add necessary exception handling
* add two new metrics `hadoop.namenode.dfs.checkpointtimelag` & `hadoop.namenode.fsnamesystemstate.numrevisedlivedatanodes`
* update metric filter configuration
