Bump ajv and node-sass Bumps [ajv](https://github.com/ajv-validator/ajv) to 6.12.6 and updates ancestor dependency [node-sass](https://github.com/sass/node-sass). Setup (you only need to do this once):
npm install bundle install
Every time you want to run the site:
gulp npm start
Ideally we would not be checking in the css directory and just build it as part of the deploy process.
