Apache Diversity and Inclusion Committee Website Repo

The asf-site branch of this repo creates the https://diversity.apache.org/ website.

D&I folks: we need to choose a format/build system and then setup a welcome page. Recommended choices:

  • GH Pages
  • Pelican (the Infra team uses this) - (andreww) This note is six years old. I think we should review options
