Removed theme templates and static pages. Removed pelican-gfm plugin from pelicanconf.py so that the builder script can handle it.
The asf-site branch of this repo creates the https://diversity.apache.org/ website.
D&I folks: we need to choose a format/build system and then setup a welcome page. Recommended choices:
