o Added the AddResponse and BindResponse factories o Speedup the Strings encoding by using the faster Strins.getBytesUtf8Ascii() method, which has also been improved o Changed the switch in LdapEncoder to use the getType() method instead of the class name o Small improvements in Asn1Buffer
