# Apache DataFusion Command-line Interface

[Apache DataFusion] is an extensible query execution framework, written in Rust, that uses [Apache Arrow] as its in-memory format.

DataFusion CLI (`datafusion-cli`) is a small command line utility that runs SQL queries using the DataFusion engine.
