Reducing warnings and updating dependencies -Updated plugins and dependencies (including SCM/SSH) in whisker's parent pom after upgrading to new parent pom apache:14 -Fixing javadoc that prevented a build with JDK8. -Using annotation-based maven plugin configuration, updated maven dependencies for that. -LHF: Removed SuppressWarnings by removing empty if statements. git-svn-id: https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/creadur/whisker/trunk@1616351 13f79535-47bb-0310-9956-ffa450edef68
