Rename NonRep -> Local and merge_conflicts -> replicated_changes `couch_db` and `couch_db_updater` modules are the only place using "non-rep" to refer to "local" documents and "merge conflicts" to refer to "replicated changes", so rename them to make them consistent with the rest of the codebase.
