Mango Tests

CouchDB should be started with ./dev/run -a testuser:testpass.

To run these, do this in the Mango top level directory:

$ virtualenv venv
$ source venv/bin/activate
$ pip install nose requests
$ pip install hypothesis
$ nosetests
