Upgrading ibrowse from version 1.6.2 to 2.0.1. This version fixes a serious issue regarding streaming of chunked HTTP(S) responses. The issue is that the client occasionally gets blocked or receives a timeout (if inactivity_timeout parameter is given to ibrowse).
