Version downgrade error means you are installing an older version than the installed one, change your app version in config.xml to be greater than the installed one, or uninstall the existing one from the device/simulator

OK, I solved it. I connected my mobile phone via wi-fi and it I couldn't install the app. Connected with USB cable, the app installs.
