Just released a new version of cordova-plugin-splitview. https://www.npmjs.com/package/cordova-plugin-splitview
This plugin frames WebViews in a native iOS split view. The newest version provides a native sidebar-style list (UICollectionView List) as a primary view option.
iOS only. An Android app can use the same content but would have to supply its own framing.
