the plugin is trying to open/read
package.jsonfile somewhere but it doesn't exists.

It's using a relative path, which will be relative to the cwd / current working directory, so they may expect you to be in your cordova project root directory when running any commands

Presumbly, it‘s trying to access your project’s package.json file.

31, but cordova-android@10 doesn't support API 31.

the next major release will support up to API 32, it's currently merged into master so you can test it by installing from git or using the
nightlytag.

Thx, i already have Java 11, so i will try with master version and cordova target version = 32 instead. and also build tools 32 i think.

yah, keep in mind too, that support applies to the core platform, it doesn't mean individual plugins actually support API 31 or API 32.

If you use any apache maintain plugins though, feel free to open any issues related to API 31 or API 32, if there isn't already issues opened.
