Just double checking the schemes/protocols of cordova-android/cordova-ios:
- By default we use
<https://localhost>
for Android, as of cordova-android v10-ish (which used to befile:///android_asset/www/index.html
in earlier versions)<app://localhost>
for iOS (cordova-ios v6.2.0)

(I wrote a new blog about these but I‘m forever paranoid that I’ve missed gotten some technical detail wrong https://www.mathew-paul.nz/posts/cordova-webview-schemes-and-protocols/)

hi guys 🙂
i updated from
cordova-android 9.x
tocordova-android 10.1.1
. First of all I got a CORS error which I solved by this thread: https://github.com/apache/cordova-android/issues/1354#issuecomment-921752541. I changed my config.xml and added<preference name="AndroidInsecureFileModeEnabled" value="true" />
I’m still getting following issue:
DevTools failed to load source map: Could not load content for file:///android_asset/www/lib/bower_components/bootstrap/dist/css/bootstrap-theme.css.map: System error: net::ERR_FILE_NOT_FOUND

The problem is, that it behaves not on every device the same. This occurs on a Nokia with Android 11. Before that I removed the whitelist plugin. Does this maybe cause the error?

> Before that I removed the whitelist plugin. Does this maybe cause the error? the whitelist plugin is deprecated, and doesn‘t support cordova-android@10. The whitelist code has been migrated to the core platform (and renamed to allow list). There are no cordova platforms now that supports the whitelist plugin so it’s safe to uninstall once you have upgraded cordova-android to v10.
What's the location of your sqlite database? The major changes in android 11 is accessibility around the external file system.
