If I do a location.reload(), how do I know when cordova has initialized? Normally I can use the deviceReady event but, that only fires after initially launching the app, it doesn't seem like it will fire again even if you reload the page

Hello everybody, i have 2 problems with my win10 app. I use html input time and for AM/PM users i have 3 columns (hour ok, minute ok, and one empty column with only one dot and no am/pm). And i also search the way to force the input in 24h format but i dont found for win10. Best regards. Alex
