@singh.amarjot we will completely redesign “uploading”-feature in our project only for android in next releases and we will show one dialog with two buttons: ‘take a picture’ (via camera plugin) and ‘choose existing file’ (via input type=“file”)

The only way to invoke Native input UIs (like the Android picker dialog https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/ui/controls/pickers) is by using a plugin right? Web pages can't invoke these dialogs normally?
