Refactor the duplicate code in the XorShiRo generators to the parent. This implements the common code in the next() generation method in the abstract parent. Concrete implementations now provide a method to get the next output value given the current state.
The Apache Commons RNG project provides pure-Java implementation of pseudo-random generators.
