Update GitHub build from Java 16 to 17. Update GitHub build from Java 17-EA to 18-EA but comment it (not there yet).
Apache Commons Exec is a library to reliably execute external processes from within the JVM.
You can download source and binaries from our download page.
Alternatively you can pull it from the central Maven repositories:

We accept Pull Requests via GitHub. The developer mailing list is the main channel of communication for contributors. There are some guidelines which will make applying PRs easier for us:
