Update POM version for Apache Commons DbUtils release 1.8.1
The Apache Commons DbUtils package is a set of Java utility classes for easing JDBC development.
More information can be found on the Apache Commons DbUtils homepage. The Javadoc can be browsed. Questions related to the usage of Apache Commons DbUtils should be posted to the [user mailing list][ml].
You can download source and binaries from our download page.
Alternatively, you can pull it from the central Maven repositories:
