[CARBONDATA-3897] Fixed external table with location creation and deleting issues Why is this PR needed? Creating external table without Fs schema fails on HDFS Desc formatted on an external table throws StackOverflowException What changes were proposed in this PR? Added default FS Schema to the table path Added a check for non-transactional table in refreshIndexInfo method. Does this PR introduce any user interface change? No Is any new testcase added? CarbonData file format is a columnar store in HDFS, it has many features that a modern columnar format has, such as splittable, compression schema ,complex data type etc, and CarbonData has following unique features:
