[Re-factory] Re-factory modules Why is this PR needed? there are too many spark-related modules. What changes were proposed in this PR? 1. update docs 2. merge spark-common, spark2, spark-datasource and spark-common-test into integration/spark 3. fix all testcases after moving modules Does this PR introduce any user interface change? No Is any new testcase added? No This closes #3592
